Resetting the password from the watch
If you have forgotten the password and the watch is locked, it can be reset using the T-Touch Connect Solar app as per the procedure below:
- The watch is locked by a password.
- Press and hold the START push-piece;
- The T-Touch Connect Solar's MIP screen displays the screen above.
- Turn
to scroll through the "Forgot password?" menu.
- Confirm
to perform the resetting procedure.
- Press

- Confirm to restore the watch to factory settings.
- The watch will be reset and will restart. It will no longer be recognised in the smartphone's app.
- Open the "PARAMETERS" tab using the app.
- Press the "My watch" menu.
- Then under "CONFIGURATION", press the "REMOVE WATCH" button to delete the watch's settings from the smartphone.
- For iOS, remove the watch from the phone's list of Bluetooth® peripherals.
- Confirm the pop-ups to finish deleting the settings from the app.
